since having my pains i have noticed i am getting more and more spots on my forehead i rarely get them anywhere else on my face, i was erading somethign the other day about what spots on certain places mean and apparantly having spots on your forehead is to do with digestion , my aunty thinks this is rubbish just wondering if anyone else had heard of this or has the same problem

By spots, do you mean pimples? This has been brought up before a couple of months ago I believe and to be honest I don't know what to tell you. The only time I really get spots is around my time of the month (NOW!! :( Hope someone can give you a little more insight on this. The only relation I can make is that stress causes IBS and stress causes pimples so it might be that you are just getting the two symptoms at once.

that was me des, in alternative medicine they say the skin matches what the insides are doing. so in theory if you have pimples, you have poor digestion.
i have no idea still--but i started using a heavy duty skin care treatment, that actually does work, but i still don't know if the skin/digestion thing holds water....
unless you mean bumps in another way

My sister has "spots" on her forehead that are kinda dark (they almost look like age spots meshed together). Doctors have confirmed her problem is because of her hormone treatment. Doc also said this can happen as a result of birth control pills. The trick is to stay out of the sun (or use a high sunblock) or else the spots get darker.
