I hate to say it, because I have scent issues with fragrances, but it is mentally reinforced and might be difficult to undo. That is IF you have no other physical issues unrelated to a mental trigger cycle of response that the brain can control.
So if you are apparently healthy otherwise, you need to change the situation somehow. Why do you hate this food? or do you? is it more stress symptoms that manifest as immune responses? A placebo might help> herbal or probiotics during the day. Sometimes we can change our health just with stress removal. I am still working on this myself.
