prunes

so i thought prunes were supposed to make you go....  they actually help me is this weird?  (i am a D girl)  or is it because of that whole soluable/insoluable fiber thing?

It's fibre, they help make you regular whether you have D or C, everyone, even healthy peeps should eat a prune or 2 a day to help keep things regular.

D stands for diarrhea and C stands for constipation. You will see a lot of acronyms here. We also write BM for bowel movements. I can't think of any others besides the usual LOL (laughing out loud) and BTW (by the way).
