what does clear, poop mean?

Hi there! As of last night, i am pretty sure that my daughter and I have food poisoning. Diarrhea, vomiting. However, this last time I had diarrhea, it came out like liquid with some lumps in it. But when I looked in the bowl, it was as though I never even had a bowl movement. It was so clear. My vomit is the same color, even though i know that is just from only having water in my stomach.

Any help with what that means, and relief from the pain of dry heaving would be nice too.
