Are these gallstones symptoms?

HI all, first post so sorry if I'm not being too clear with symptoms. I've been having the following for the last year and am at the end of my tether. I have confirmed gallstones from another scan.

Lightheaded like I may faint but never have, most days
Periodic upper abdomen pain towards right front and back
Blue veins on my palms that come up most days
Hot flushes
Neck ache
Some arm pain
Ibs on occasion

It's the dizziness feeling I cannot deal with anymore, it's totally changed me as a person, I'm boring because I'm afraid to go out its just ruined everything. I'm going to ask for a refferal on the gallstones to get them removed bit do you think these symptoms could be gallstone related?

Or perhaps I am barking up the wrong tree!? Xx
