Haystacks, Thumbprints,Apricot bars,Lemon bars,Fudge,Magics bars, Harlequin dippers,Rum balls,Costco's Lemon cake.. need I say more? I also have tins of delicacies that I hate to part with.
What I will say is Thank goodness this comes but once a year!
I keep asking myself what in the world did I do to deserve this IBS? Coffee? yep. Spicy foods? yep. Dairy? all my life. and KAPOWIE! No more pizza,coffee,Mexican or Italian foods, Dairy with casein,or sweets.
Sure, I could indulge,BUT WHO WANTS THE PAIN? I'm finding out it's safer not to eat these types foods than to spend it afterwards in painful Cramps.

BTW....Does anyone have any luck with yoplait yogurt? IBS safe?
What other types of foods do you eat safely?

The only thing that I can stomach is a protein Drink ( ice, banana,Shaklee Soy protein power,ground flaxseed,organic cherry juice-trader joe's) in the morning,and because I'm afraid of cramping, I don't eat anything else for the rest of the day/night.
