Hi there, I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome in 2009 and here's my experience.
My allergies Milk, Eggs, seafood
in 2009 I was a dean's list student in computer engineering at carleton university that studied around 8-12 hours a day.
I was eating 2 eggs a day and 2 glasses of milk and at this time I had to go to the bathroom about 10 times a day to poo.
after being diagnosed with allergies and having a break from school because of mental illness I have no IBS symptoms whatsoever. My sister also bought me protandim which helps to digest the food I can eat. It kind of tastes like hay but it works.
If you have the money you can take an igg ige (igh possibly) antibody blood test for around 200-300 canadian to see what you are allergic to.
Hope this helps
