Please help

Symptoms : loose yellowish stools, fatigue, occasionally mucus, feel feverish but normal temp, night sweats, insomnia, bad anxiety and depression.... low abdominal pain bad at times

Number of BM: was 4-6 (very loose) now it is 1-2 loose

Tests: blood - everything normal
Stool - inflammation

Patholgy report: perianal: normal visually/histologically: small internal hemerriods
Rectum:normal visually / histologicaly
Sigmoid/transverse: very mild patchy colitis / non specific spanning from t-s
Assending: normal visually/ histologically
Ilium : mildly nordular , no inflamation visible , histologicaly normal

Pathogist comments : lymphoid aggregates present in colonic biopsies

GI said 99% of my colon looked normal - thinks its residual from an infection ... but i never got sick ...its been almost 2 months now

Also the gross discription showed irregual tan mucosa (1-5) measureing .3-.5cm in all of the biopsy locations

What could this possibly be ?

First doctor basically didnt think i needed anything he just said i have PI-IBS ... but i never got sick, all the symptoms just started a week after i quit smoking... i was feeling sick so the second GI did an endoscopy and saod i have gastritis and microscopic colitis. (Which i dont understand because the inflamation, mild as it was, was visible with the naked eye). He gave me prilosec and prednisone and i feel somewhat better but my stools are still loose, maybe even worse than before. Both of them said its no chrons or ulcerative colitis. Because it skipped areas, didnt involve the rectum, and was non specific histolologically. But idk ... i still have bad anxiety that it could be the begining of something worse. Should i not stress and take their word. My calprotectin level was 1009 in my stool sample....
