Changing your food life style and managing your extreme anxiety is a must.
Stop eating junk oily food and try to avoid unnecessary processed foods like cheese/mayonnaise/canned food etc.
And about
anxiety if you can't control it yourself maybe meet a psychologist and ask for antidepressant that can
calm you down.I have anxiety issues too and if left uncheck for long time I also get heavy constipation.
So there is some connection between anxiety and constipation.
