I’ve been believed to have IBS for a while, or at least my doctor says that what it is I think because they don’t have a better answer. Mostly because I’ve had intermittent boughts of constipation over the years but I’ve been avoiding going to the doctor recently and my most recent bought has been really severe and now I’m scared to go. For the past month (maybe a little longer) I haven’t been able to have a bowl movement without taking an enema and even then I don’t feel like I can truly empty my bowels. My stomach feels bloated and gassy all the time and sometimes I get nausea and vomiting. I got treated from chronic constipation back in February but it quickly came back and I’ve been suffering from it again since April and it’s gotten really severe again in the past month. I’ve also unintentionally lost 30 kilos since last fall. Just in the past week my stomach cramps have gotten much worse so I’ve decided I can’t put it off any longer and I have to go to the doctor so I’ll be going tomorrow, but I’m really scared to go. Anyone else experienced these same symptoms?
