Excruciating pain in rectum

Hi I've had pain in my rectum for 9 months. Plus i lost the ability to keep balance. They (doctors) found a lesion on my lower spine. A bout of steroids shrunk it but still numb from waist down and the pain in my but is unbearable. I went to a oncologist and surgery that i thought would help was done a prolapsed everything lift kit lol. Surgery didn't go well the doc. Knicked an artery. Needless to say i died broken ribs and all this pain is nuts. I had 5 units of blood replaced. Surgery was 6/11/21. I'm still in sever pain. I see a neurosurgeon tomorrow. I thought at first it guilian brays syndrome if i spelled it right. What else can i do for the pain in my butt.
