Hello! Long time listener, first time posting ;)
Long long story short, my journey started with years of chronic IBS which lead into food sensitivities and allergies which I found I couldn't ever control, no matter how hard I tried. At the beginning of the pandemic I started seeing a nutritionist finally to sort out my IBS and skin issues. 18 months later with failed SIBO treatments Ive been tested for mycotoxins which came back at 33.51 for ochratoxin A, high mercury & lead as well as 1.8 on a glyphosate profile.
I'm currently working on removing the mould - I moved out of the damp property 5 months ago and have recently started taking activated charcoal last week as well as zeolite, gamma E and magnesium (god send). I have been uuuuber sensitive this whole time with most of the supplements, many which I've had to stop since they've made me feel sick or stressed etc. The activated charcoal is the latest addition and I've started to feel really gassy which I'm hoping is a sign it's working!? Although I was on activated charcoal when treating SIBO last year and as far as I was aware I was fine taking it.
I wanted to know really whether anyone had similar test results to me and also how long it took for you to remove or lower the OA? I've got a 3 days on, 4 days off chelating therapy coming up where I've got to take a pill every 3 hours, including while I sleep in a couple of months time. Has anyone had experiences with this treatment? I'm dreading it!!
