Husband doesn’t understand

I was diagnosed with IBS by Gastro Doctor a year ago. My husband doesn’t understand when I have flare ups that I have nausea vomiting and diarrhea. I experience flare ups about once a month and he acts like Im faking it. I take Colestipol twice daily and try to watch what I eat.
