Melatonin

Help...
I started taking melatonin nightly about 2 weeks ago and since have had the most awful explosive diarrhea. I stopped taking it yesterday but I'm still having the explosive diarrhea today. Does anyone know how long this will take to settle? Because it's honestly so horrendous. I don't feel sick, I'm hungry. It is just cramping and then bang. I wish I'd never touched the stuff. I suffer with ibs aswell which has probably not helping my situation. I would appreciate any feedback. 🙂

It's horrible. It still hasn't settled, but I'm hoping now I've stopped it eventually it will calm down. That's the only thing I can pinpoint that is different, and it fits the time frame wise aswell.
I wouldn't advice anyone to take it if they have ibs, crohns or other bowel problems.
