Could IBS be to blame??

Hello everyone

I have a question. My abdomen feels tender all over even slight pressure is uncomfortable. Can IBS cause tenderness?

I also have fibromyalgia. Does anyone know if that can cause abdomen tenderness?

Hi Natalie,
The pressure is most likely causing the tenderness. Tenderness is a problem I get when I am having a lot of gas and bloating caused by my IBS. Are you having bloating as well? I would suspect that is the problem. I'm not sure about the fibro since I don't have it.

I'm with dbab, I get super tender when I'm bloated. Usually if I walk around a bit I can get the gas moving and the tenderness starts to go away. It also helps to take Gas-X.
