colon cleansing

Hi Everyone,
I am a newbee here and I have been reading about colon cleansing, specifically, Dr. Natura (on internet). Has anyone done a colon cleansing before and if yes, how did it work out for you (no pun intended)? I was DX with IBS a few months ago but have other medical issues as well.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The only colon cleaning I have ever done is before a colonscopy and it messed me up for weeks. The consensus of opinion as expressed here and other places is that it has no lasting effect and no medical benefit. It that really a Drs. name. It certainly has never helped anyone to my knowledge in the long term.
