Anyone heard about "Iberogast"????

My MIL is getting some, recommended by her doctor so I googled it and found this...apparently it's a fairly new thing in north america but it's been used in Germany for over 40 yrs.... I'm gonna try some too.

Is it prescription? Some of these heavily technical readings of meds can be hard to follow and I didn't pick up on whether it's OTC or not. Certainly seems worth a try either way, though. I hope it helps!

It's OTC and it's a liquid form only from what I've heard so far...I'm gonna find out how much it cost my MIL when she gets hers on Sat (it's being shipped from another city) from safeway...then I'm gonna see about trying it myself.
