I agree; you need to get that obstruction looked at and, hopefully, taken care of. In the meantime, has anyone advised you of laxatives to take? Since you have an obstruction, I would think that you need to have soft, watery stools in order to keep things moving past that blockage. Vomiting while constipated is a sign of a blockage (if if can't go down, it will go up). To use chemical laxatives heavily, you should be under a doctor's care, but you might try drinking loads of prune juice and taking aloe vera capsules to try and soften up your movements enough that they can come out.
It may be that, even after you get the blockage or obstruction removed, you will still have constipation problems due to slow transit times and weak muscles. I don't know that there's anything they can do for those, but maybe a combination of high fiber and the prune juice and aloe vera pills will be enough to keep your stools soft enough to pass.
