Both teas are great for you. Chamomile and Fennel are actually supposed to help quite a bit. This is what I posted in a separate thread:
Tea is also great for the gut. Here is a list of teas I mentioned in another post:
Chamomile (soothes the nerves)
Fennel (calms muscles, improves digestion, helps flatulance)
Mint (eases GI trouble, relaxant)
Lemon Grass (antispasmodic, anti-irritant)
Ginger (eases cramping & nausea)
Green (promotes digestion, overall health)
You know, I noticed that making fresh tea is way better than buying the bagged stuff. I don't know how to make Chamomile, but I just boil some fennel seeds and I also make my own mint tea. Fresh mint is great as well!
