god i am so eixeted i have just been out for a cycle ride alothough i am knackerd i feel great the fisrt time i have done that for ages. i msut have cycled bout sevon miles. now in pain but it is not as bad as it has been. i am now trying a gulten free deit which has not shown much sucess untill today. i am hopeing that i will keep going forward from here and not look back.
thanks to every one for yous surport i realy appreiate it.
i am going to figth this all the way some thing seem to have given me an figthing spirt.

Great news! And a huge "attaboy" for going ahead with the new diet. If going gluten-free will help what ails you, it'll take some time to feel the full effects, but sounds like you may be on the right track. How wonderful!

that good feeling last only a few hours been in ayonly. been in bed just got out as tablets are starting to take afect now. oh well nice well it lasted.

Maybe exercise helps keep the pain away? I know when I had my gall bladder attacks, I always paced around my living room because moving made me feel better. Maybe if you can just hop on your bike or a treadmill first thing, before the pain gets cranked up too much, it will keep it at bay for a while during the day.
