JUICING CABBAGE WORKS

This really works folks! I went to the doctor to get Nexium for hearburn, acid reflux, burning in my stomach (especially when i'm on a empty stomach, during the night) my friend told me about juicing cabbage. I read on it. Studies have been done on this and with 10-14 days of juicing ulcers, acid reflux is healed. It truly no lie, has done it for me! I bought Jack LaLane's juicer and washed the cabbage well. I take 4 glasses a day (like small juice size glasses). One before work and 3 spread out throughout the night.

I've used a juicer for several years, and it does a beautiful job of removing nearly all the non-soluble fiber from fruits and veggies leaving a very "drinkable" juice behind. It gets kinda messy though if you juice a lot of different things at one sitting. I always liked the carrot and beet juice myself. Apple juice will tend to separate out as it sits and you can actually see the soluble fiber content of the juice, so shake well before drinking. The green veggie juice like broccoli and cabbage really wasn't bad - it's actually sweeter than you might think. As usual, the fresher the veggies are, the more natural sugars are still present, and haven't been turned to starch through time and refrigeration.
