OT: Vacation

London for a week and Scotland for a week. I daresay I'll be thoroughly sick of looking at armor by the time we're done, lol. But, I am looking forward to seeing some funerary effigies and funerary brasses, as they are a good resource for clothing information (seam placements, buttons, etc.). I just hope we don't get arrested for sneeking pictures and handling stuff, lol. One friend tried to climb a workman's ladder to get a good picture of one tomb effigy that was placed high up, but he couldn't get it before the vicar spotted him and threatened to call the bobbies on him. Don't those people know that we don't have stuff like that over here? Can't they let us gawp in peace? Lol.
