Has anyone ever had yellow fingernail beds?

Hello all.For some reason my fingernail beds are turning yellow. My doc has ran liver panel & hepititis panel & everything looks fine. The only thing I can think of is a vitamin deficiency from having IBS. Also my nails are really brittle & the top layer of fingernails are peeling off. Has anyone ever heard of this?

I know this sounds very daft but my nails sometimes go very yellow if I have been wearing a dark nail polish!!! Sometimes if you have been ill, your hair, skin and nails can be affected. I had a bad viral infection and my hair went lank, my skin spotty and my nails very flaky! Its good news that your results were ok. It might just be a prob with your nails - buy some nail strengthener maybe.
