Hi inglesito,
Welcome to HealingWell!
First off, aloe vera is a natural laxative. DO NOT take it if you already have D.
Zucchini is great, but most "green" veggies add to gas and bloating. Zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, salad, peppers, onions, garlic... ALL cause gas. If you can cook those down really well, to where they're mushy, they might not be so bad for gas.
Papaya is 1 of the top 3 fruits nutrition wise. It is 1 of the few fruits with a natural digestive aide. I'd say keep that one up.
Bananas are known for helping D so I would keep eating that too.
Yogurt has probiotics which helps your gut flora so I say keep that up too.
Fish, potatoes and rice are healthy and pretty plain so I doubt they are addiding too much to your discomfort.
Have you been tested for Celiac's or for bacterial overgrowth? Are you lactose intolerant?
Are the flora tablets you are talking about
probiotics? If so, and you've been keeping them up for more than a few weeks, you might want to switch brands/types. I noticed I can't take Acidophilus. It makes me way too gassy and bloated. I switched to Kyo-Dophilus and Culturelle and noticed a drastic difference. Maybe what you are taking just doesn't work for you.
Hopefully others will be around soon to share their ideas.
