alfalfa tablets are worth trying as they have the ability to regularise the digestive system and cant do any harm

the same effect doesnt come from alfalfa sprouts

I imagine for most people alfalfa is not a problem but as someone that nearly died as a child when they gave me alfalfa to build me up I have to say Beware. If you have any allergies to trees, grasses and pollens I would say dont try it.
