Hi all,
I know some of you know quite a bit about these things, so I'll ask you.........
Why sometimes do high fat foods just sit in our stomachs and not go anywhere? Is there something about fat that shuts things down (even if your gall bladder is working well)?
When this happens, does it mean there's dysfunction, or is it a pretty common reaction even in usually healthy people?
Are there any tricks to move it along when it seems to shut down?
Is this what "gastroparesis" is? Are there any natural ways to avoid it? Does fat bring it on? Does caffeine bring it on? Thanks!
