Hi aa24,
As far as your GI issues, the frustration with IBS is that all tests come back normal but you have the symptoms. Some people have a hard time accepting an IBS diagnosis because they feel its a cop out but it truly is a real disorder. Not all illnesses you can see especially functional ones like IBS. One of the symptoms of IBS is mucus in the stool, if you are having to go to the bathroom a lot, the blood could be from hemmies or maybe even a fissure.
Raynauds phenomenon can be a disorder on its own. I don't have it but I have read a lot about it since it commonly accompanies one of my illnesses. Since you are low b12 have you checked to make sure you aren't anemic as well? Are you taking b12 supplements? B12 deficiency can cause a lot of undesirable symptoms so its best to take care of that. You may notice that after taking supplements, that you should feel a lot better.
I do agree though that you have a lot going on. It might be a good idea to see another doctor, possibly an internal medicine doctor who has a broader knowledge and can personally address each complaint. I hope you get some answers soon. Please let us know what happens.
Take Care
