Slight burn when urinating and going ALOT

any recommendations or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
my father is 64 and has been healthy his whole life, about 6 months ago he developed his first ever kidney stone and passed it.

Recently starting last week he has been having some pain during urination but not similar to how the kidney stone was. and he has been peeing alot, some times twice an hour and having alot of urges to pee.

He has had is PSA checked and everything is good. Not sexually active so thats ruled out. Any information would be a big help. Thank you all for your time!
