Testicular swelling and pain

I started having occasional testicular swelling and pain for two months. I had an episode years ago with epididymitis, and was treated with anti-biotics, anyone had any thing similar. Waiting for an appointment with urologist.

I had testicular pain for 2 weeks before i had it checked out. I ended up having an ultrasound that showed I had a Varicocele. Which is a also called a varicose seal. I also heard that it could be testicular torsion. which is where the testicle itself twists inside the scrotum. def have it checked. Just to make sure of no cancer or anything like that.
