Kidney pain?

Can pain under the lower right rib traveling to the back can it be kidney pain?

Sounds like Gallstones or Gallbladder to me. I would get an appointment with your Doc and have it checked out .

Sounds more like gallbladder to me also. My kidney stones always start in my low back and move forward to my groin area.

yes in some cases you kidneys are in the midd back.

definitely get it check out, once I had some low back kidney pain.. had no idea what was going on...I kept plugging along and ignoring my symptoms and within 5 days I was in ER with 104 fever I had been walking around with for a few days and I ended up in ICU with a septic kidney infection that had spread to my heart! Learned my lesson the hard way! Listen to your body and don't put things off!
