hydronephrosis

I am 29 years old and about 15 years ago I was diagnosed with hydronephrosis turns out my ureter was under developed and at the time I had a severe kidney infection so my mom made the appointment to the urologist who then stated my kidney function was low and also double in size I've under gone many surgeries and multiple stents and it seemed to help for a while, so recently I was hospitalized for the same thing severe kidney infection and blockage in my kidney again still no stones and yet again I found myself back again at the urologist stating my kidney is now half the size of a normal kidney I've had so far a stent placement and my ureter stretched out and still in a good deal of pain after the stent was removed a month ago my urologist doesn't seem to be concerned but now seems to think I have a problem with my muscle wall from previous surgeries I'm really at a loss and over the same old same old

Hi I am 22 and I was diagnosed with hydronephrosis when I was 19 I have a blockage in my ureter tube I've had pyloplasty and 3 stents in total so far and recently had more scans and due to see my consultant to decide if we go for another pyloplasty or kidney removal I've not bin able to find anyone to speak to remotely around my age that's in the same position I am just curious if you have symptoms of nausea etc and how you deal with things on a day to day basis as I struggle it would be good to hear from you , havannah
