I have been dealing with alot of stuff for the past 30years starting with asthma, dizzyness, pain in joints, migrains once I thought i was having a stroke where half my body from my face tounge and all the way down to middle of my thigh where I had no feeling for an hour or so then i started to have a migrain visually (halos). Since then I have had optical migrains sometimes several times a day every day for a couple of years. I had a positive ANA 20 years ago but since went negative. I am HLAB-27 positive for Iritis & ankolizing spondilitis. Xrays are normal on my back but i have chronic iritis. 1999 I had legionairs disease and was on 2800mg of steroids per day to keep airways open. I have very sensitive lungs and was tested for sarcoidosis in 2008 with bronchile biopsies and then 1 year later open lung biopsies with no diagnosis. 2005 i had a knee replacement , in 2010 i had a hip replacement and 2011 i had my wrist totally fused with a graft from my hip. Due to Avascular Necrosis from steroids. 2008 i had to have a stent put in for a stenosis of a subclavian artery steal. In february of this year i had a high fever of 104.6 for 2 days and came to find out 3 days later i was in kidney failure with creatinine of 4.30 protiens and blood in urine. My sed rate was 84 and c/reactive protien was 20.0 I have a low titer positive lupus anticoagulant panel. My sed rates have been steady at about 60 and c/reactive is steady at 20. since february. I have Liveto reticularis in my legs. Swelling in lower legs and often feeling like my skin is crawling. When im all swelled up. Kidneys seem to be doing fine with creatinine at around 90.
