I just had a full work up with all lipids, urine etc in Deceber...all perfect !
Last night I noticed bubbles in my urine when I pee directly into the water, if I pee against the bowl no bubbles...its not foamy but just some like 1/4" bubbles on the surface in like a 3" circle...now today I didnt notice any...
I have read everything on the internet from kidney disease to its caused from exercise, the nitrogen in all the veggies I eat, protein from all the fish I eat etc
I did eat salmon and tuna sashmi ( sushi grade ) the night before I noticed the bubbles...
I also read when people have had this and run a est for everythig and its all normal...I feel great, no swelling,or any other problems...
Doesthis sound like a concern ?? I did have a few today but they dissapeared in like 10 seconds, the ones the other day stayed there
