1st Kidney Stone Passed Looking for some advice

Hello,

I'm new here...Last year while getting a routine ultrasound they found a cyst on my left kidney. it's scared me at first but after a CT scan they determined that it was a 'simple cyst' and said not to worry about it. which for the most part I didn't. Fast forward to 3 days ago i started having strange pains I never experienced before. It's the same story everyone tells...:) just as I was about to head to the ER I went to the bathroom and couldn't believe my eyes...a stone popped right out! I couldn't believe it. As soon as it came out the pain went away and I was so relieved.

My question is, is it normal to have some left over pains and 'twinges'? I'm terrified that there may be another one but I haven't experienced the same level of pain at all. But I keep getting these little pains here and there ans everytime I do I go into a panic. Also, I've had a slight low grade temp 99.2 a couple of times but it always goes away.

Is this just my body healing? how long does it take to feel normal again?

any help would be appreciated.
