Help! I'm in pain

Hello everyone!
I hope someone can give me some answers. I was diagnosed with PKD 2 years ago, due to flank pain.
This last half year I have been struggling with pain in the upper left side of my stomach, and my doctor tels me the PKD should not be the reason for these pains.
And now the last week I have also been getting chest pain. What can the reason be. Does anyone have any clue? My blod pressure is also raised.
I've taken CT and MR scanning and is waiting for an appointment with a specialist.

PKD can also affect the liver, Nordmann. Have you had a liver ultrasound to check for this?
