kidney failure treatment

Hi all

My mother in law is suffering from kidney failure. The status right now is 60% functioning.
Her kritenin level is 2.7
We heared about a unique personal sauna FIR that help to release toxic from the body and by that help the kidny performance.
I would like to ask if you heared about this treatment as well as others that will prevent from reaching dialisis and transplant.
