Two days ago i was taken to the emergency room in an ambulance because of a terrible terrible pain in my left side. Long story short, it's a 3 mm kidney stone. They sent me home later that day with oxycodone, and i didn't have to use it until last night when i experienced a similar pain in my back. All day i've been having this aching stabbing pain in my back. It's not a 10 like before but it's there. I've been drinking SO much water, cranberry juice, and now lemon juice in water. I'm scared to go to sleep tonight because i don't wanna wake up in pain. I've been straining my pee and last night saw a few things that looked like tiny grains of brown sand. Maybe 4. My mom thought that was it but appaprently not because i'm still in pain. I'm only 17, missing school all week, and feeling depressed. Does anyone know when this stupid thing will pass? It's plaguing my life, amongst other things like my UC. I haven't had any pain lower down or the UTI feeling that people talk about once the stone is in the bladder. God, i've never wanted a UTI feeling so much!
