Husband has possible kidney diseas. Can someone help me understand?

I recently went online and checked my husbands blood test results.

Complement Total CH50 is >60 and is showing up as High.
His C3 and C4 tests were within range, as well as literally every other blood test.

I'm just trying to make some sense of why this test is High.
