Don't know if this is the best place to post for this....But I'll give it a try.
Anyone who does any research on oxolates knows they cause most stones and the list of foods keeps changing..... very frustrating.
I also am battling prostate cancer, need to eat healthy and cut the dairy. All us kidney stone sufferers know that many healthy foods are on the DANGER list.
So for digestion and to put on weight, plus I suffer from constipation I got a nutribullet and started making smoothies.
Wondering if Dino Kale is ok in a smoothie. What I've read its the least oxolate type of Kale...but still I read you need to steam it before blending. I really would rather not steam it first. The smoothie making alone is a production. Plus I want more nutrients....but not along with stones....
any opinions?
