Yes, I too would like to lose at least 10-20 pounds. Was doing so well till the first of October, not sure what happened, except I was feeling so much better.
Exercise more and do some volunteering. There are no excuses for trying to keep up with the healthy eating and exercise. I take time to sit in front of the TV so why not take time for more important things.
