Oh Man, I'm trying to think possitive about these tests but I have been fighting off being sick all week. Now tomorrow I leave for OKC and a few hours ago I started getting a deep cough. One so bad I don't even want to cough. It's making my throat vibrate. down into my chest. I feel like I just wanna die. I can't imagine the tests they are gonna put me through. I can't walk 6 mins. They do have a wheel chair for me so I don't have to get worn out going from one place to another. You know the cough that makes every muscle hurt? cry Some times it's hard to be possitive. shakehead . I won't be back around until next week somtimes. I'm really not sure when.

Carol,

Please know that I will be saying prayers for you. When all this is over, you will feel so much better, I am sorry you have to endure all of this to get to the good part! Stay strong and be positive!

I know it must be hard to remain positive, especially now that you are feeling bad with this cough and all! Please know that we are all pulling for you and praying that you have the energy to make it through all these tests! You can do this girl! You deserve the opportunity for the transplant and this is the only way they can find out if you are qualified, so please be positive just a little bit longer!

Hang in there, get as much rest as possible and give'm hell on Monday, I know you have it in you!

I'm sorry it feels so hard right now.  Someone offered the analogy of a being on a bridge not long ago, that I thought was just great.  Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, hold on to the rail, and remember that the bridge will get you where you want to go.  I know it's so much easier said than done, but you can do it.  So many prayers are with you - mine, too.

Carol, you can do this. Look at what you've already had the strength to endure. After all the results are in, the transplant team is going to be convinced that you need this transplant, and while the process will be difficult, the end result will be so worth it.

Don't forget that you have your HW support group cheering you on. We'll be here for you. By the 10th we'll both be over this bronchitis and we can have our slumber party then. I think you need to have some fun.

Hi Carol. Please keep in mind that these medical professional are used to seeing folks in exactly your situation. These are folks trained to care for pulmonary patients- coughs, sputum and all. And yep, we are all cheering and praying for you! Love ya, Donna

looking at the posts.  I am sorry that I have not responded in a long time.  been in the hospital again. 

I do not wish anything bad to happen to you at all.  but sometimes when a nother person hurts and need us I can chase away on my own needs, and direct myself to the others.

I am so sorry that things are not going so well for you.  the other person talked about a bridge and holding on til you cross the bridge.  this is a good
