ions, and since some of our meds are designed specifically to manage the immune system, it seems pretty clear to me that the recommendation is "DO NOT DRINK". (Or don't drink very much at all
)
If you do decide to drink, please make sure to let your drs know about
it -- they need to know about
what's going into your system to make the best diagnosis/treatment plan for you. This also applies to changes in food habits, vitamins, supplements, etc.
