Misscali,I think loss of appetite is fairly common. Especially when flaring and fatigue is bad and eating requires the energy of preparing a meal and cleaning up after it. Are you in flare? I go for rice cakes, applesauce, fruit and cottage cheese, eggs and soup when I'm tired and have to do for myself. When your activity is much reduced you don't need the same amount of "fuel" but you do need some - especially to regain some strength and energy. If it's really persistent and you're losing weight - I'd consult with your rheumy.
