Muscle pain???

Is muscle pain part of Lupus. I been exercising and trying to lose weight and now a week later I have muscle pain from my shoulder down to my elbow? I didnt have any pain from working out just came on all of a sudden.

ok now im in more pain. I went to get my H1N1 and i remembered i got blood taken on tues. that vein is fine but the thick one that runs all up and down my arm is very sore. its red and i cal follow the pain and irritation all the way down my arm. Could be caused by a bad blood draw? Aneima?? Lupus??? if my blood clots and Im taking asprin that could affect that right?? I just saw my doc on tuesday I dont want to bother him again just wried all the small symtoms/problems that I am having... Anyone ever hear of anything like that...
