My body feels so cold

I've always had trouble with feeling cold, but since two weeks ago or so since I had the Turkey fall on my foot, I've noticed I am freezing, my hands are kinda stiff like and they feel soo cold, last two nights while in bed, I felt the coldness running up both legs too, now I've never felt it like that before.  I can be in bed with blankets and still be shivering so bad for about half an hour.

My injured foot feels cold and it will hurt when I walk.  I feel like I'm standing in a freezer, thats how cold I'll feel on some days.  I don"t even feel like cooking,because I don't want my family to see me in pain like that.

I will try to warm up by the fireplace, it makes it worse,.

Doees anyone have symptoms like mine? very cold feeling, especially hand and feet, to the point you start shivering?

Thanks, Lupie Britt for responding, I have not been dx with Raynauds but I do have Lupus and Fibromyalgia, I wear two pairs of socks at night, wear soft gloves to sleep, still frezzing. I wear gloves when I drive too. I do notice when in my car and heater is on it feels like it burns slightly, so I'm constantly rising and lowering the temperature in car, kids don't like that.

When I have my temperature read at my DR's office it always at 99. I guess that's normal. Some nights the cold pain will wake me up. Today, my hands feel so cold but my feet are colder right now and hurt when I walk. In morning, even after wearing a nice thick robe, I feel so cold, oh, I also wear a sweater under the robe too.
I take nice warm showers in begining but then raise to hot then it hurts but it relieves my coldness for few minutes. I don't know if should let tell my DR. about this problem, I don't think theres anything that can be done anyways.

I don't get hot flashes but I do get constant chills.

Thank you, Lynwood, I will let him know on next appointment, I just never really thought of it till now beacuse it has gotten worse.
