Hi Y'all. I broke a tooth a couple of weeks ago. It's the second I've broken in bout 6 months. Sjogrens: waah! I spent 2 hours at the dentist yesterday getting a temp crown I'm completely worn out, flaring today and lying in bed.
I have an ongoing sinus infection and sleep apnea issues. My psych recommended a new ENT who I really like, but I'm tired from having 2 sleep studies within 1 week and even though I've been on levoqun for a month, I still have the sinus infection. ENT says I'll need surgery: another waah!
In between all this I'm trying to refinance my house to save some money and found I have to dispute something on my credit report:. Waah #3.
In January I fell in my driveway, which is no big deal cause I often fall, but it continues to hurt. Rheumy says it feels like I chipped my knee cap and it will take time to heal: need I say it again?
On a positive note the cartilage I tore from my ribcage last month when I had pleurisey finally feels better. Also my depression is still controlled. Thanks for reading. Love, Butterflake

Bless your heart! You have a lot going on lately. I have problems with my teeth also. Sjogren's wreaks havoc on the teeth. Sometimes I just want to have them all pulled and get false ones.

I hope your sinus infection will get better without surgery. I'm sure you don't want to deal with that right now with everything else going on.

Ouch on the chipped knee cap! That must be very painful...((hugs)). I hope it will heal up soon for you.

I am glad you hear your pleurisy is better and the depression is still under control. You hang in there and keep resting. Hopefully, things will turn around for you soon. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Ya know Babs, the thing I love about you most is your attitude. Just that simple phrase "things will turn around soon" reminds me to keep things in perspective. My knee will eventually heal, I'm not the only one with broken teeth from sjogrens and my depression continues to be controlled. As for the sinus infection, right now my sinuses are sucking spoons daily. I've had it so long it's tough to think it'll go away, but it's gotta turn around some day.
I hope you get some relief from your teeth too. really appreciate your positive reply and I hope your lupus is under control. Love Ya, Donna

That is a lot to deal with... good luck on the refinancing and dispute on the credit report.. I hope you feel better soon....

Donna!!! I am so glad your depression is still under control especially with all you are dealing with right now. Go right ahead and say WAAH as many times as you would like. I really like that word by the way :-)! Just lettin you know I am praying that things will turn around soon for you and keep your head up!!!

I am so sorry all of this is going on. I wish I could offer more than moral support. I live in fear of the day the disease finally affects my teeth, unless you count having 1 tooth get a cavity so bad that it broke I was in agony for a week waiting for a dentisit on that one. Otherwise my teeth are in suprisingly good shape. Especially since I never really took care of them. I totally understand the kneecap pain, I didn't chip mine but I have dislocated it twice and believe me it is painful.

Hi Amy, Weleetka & Redrose you ladies are the best. Regarding correcting my credit report, some people are snottier than my sinuses. I'm sure all they hear is waah all day long, but they can still blow it out their bum. Obviously my shrink still has work to do, but I'll continue to say: Love, Butterflake
