Pain in hands and feet

Hey everyone,
I'm 19 years old, and I was diagnosed with Lupus about a month ago.
They put me on plaquenil, which was very hard on my system. The doctor took me off it and asked that I wait two weeks and try going back on. Since I went off, it's been hell! My migraines started coming back, I started having arthritis-like pain in my neck, I've been exhausted, I got one of the worst rashes of my life all over my body. But the worst is this pain in my hands and feet that I started getting about 4 days ago. It started in my fingertips and toes, but has spread to my whole hands and feet, and is making it's way up my arms and legs now. It's a hard feeling to explain, it's almost like pins and needles, but it's not numb or cold. It's more warm and burning. (It's like when you high-five someone WAY too hard, that instant of pain you get! Or when you were a kid and you jumped off the monkey-bars, that shock that went through your feet!!) It's to the point now where I can barely hold things in my hands and it hurts to walk. I can't rest my hands or arms on anything either without extreme pain. My fingers aren't swollen, and they don't feel stiff...just very sore.
I haven't gone in to see my doctor about this yet because I've already been in to see him 3 times in the last 2 weeks...enough is enough!!
So I was wondering, has anyone else had symptoms like this?

I do have a Rheumatologist, but my experiences with him have been awful so far. I am currently being referred to a different Rheumatologist that I have heard is the go-to guy for Lupus. Fingers crossed that he can help me!!
Right now, the only drug I have is Naproxen, an anti-inflammatory given to me months ago for my occasional wrist pain. In a few weeks, my doc will be starting me back on Plaquenil.
Since I posted two days ago, things have gotten worse. I'm at the point now where I can barely move around. Gripping/opening things is nearly impossible, and even reaching for the phone brings a wave of pain. I find that it's worse when I just sit around, but the pain makes it hard to WANT to get up and do things, as I'm sure everyone here knows. I'm going to go to the store tomorrow and pick up some Tylenol Arthritis and give that a shot over the weekend.
I've ordered "The Lupus recovery diet" by Jill Harrington. I'm willing to try anything!!!
