Oh no! Lupus symptoms!

A few months back my ana came back positive and I was having a lot of joint pain and fatigue. The rheumy I was seeing did not work up my ana but instead checked me for sjogren's (which was negative.) I was thinking this all might have been from a bad reaction to wellbutrin but yesterday after being inside for the past few weeks we went outside for several hours in the sun. Today, I woke up with joint pain and fatigue. I now realize it was probably the reaction to the sun. I am going for a pre surgical work up this week and am going to ask them to give me a better work up. Gotta get part of my rotten colon out.  I was so optomistic this was all related to the wellbutrin since I felt better but I have been out of the sun. I just don't want to go back on prednisone or plaquenil. Ugh! I am in my late 50's and trying to keep working with all of this sure is tough.
