does any one have any lung involvement with there lupus?? I just got a call that now I have Pneumonitis.. this is completely new... I see my doctor tomorrow, I will start on antibiotics but I am still in ahh...

I've heard it can attack any organ at anytime.

Hi Robyn,

I have lung involvement with Lupus. I'm getting over pneumonia and a partial collapsed lung right now. In 2005, I had Lupus Pneumonitis.

What were your symptoms? I often feel SOB and weak. Let us know how it turns out and I wish you the best.

I have pleurisy, but have never had pneumonitis. Hope you feel better soon!

thanks all... yeah my appointment was interesting.. my docs said that I need to get on the new med my other treatments arent working but untill we can get it I get to try cytoxan.. I am really nervous.. things just seem to get from bad to worse.. Im hoping this helps..
