Is it sad I am excited to get pictures of the Raynauds for my doctors appointment?

If it is sad, then I'm pitiful. I was thrilled when I got photos of my swelling at it's worse and my weird rashes.
It's proof we're not imagining things or exaggerating.

I totally understand you Age! It is bittersweet in a way. Glad you have a sense of humor (trust me you need it with auto immune diseases).

Yea I just talked to my friend who is a nurse and her bf is the surgeon who informally diagnosed me long distance, they said that the raynauds can get painful and I am so thankful for them, they told me I need to be firm with my doctor and make sure I get a referral. They also suggested asking for Ultrim which is a non narcotic pain med anyone heard of this. I told them I didn't do well on narcotics and don't want them.

Ultram is not considered a traditional narcotic although in some States it is still a controlled substance. It does cause some ppl drowsiness but side effect most common is constipation & light-headedness. Good luck w it!

I dun think it's silly at all. I think is absolutely sensible. I remember when I was young and had raynauds, I told my GP, but because she did not see it herself (by the time it was my appt time, my hands were back to normal), she could not give me any diagnosis. Not until she saw me with a rash, she then took it seriously. So I think taking pics is extremely important. Sometimes some docs just won't believe or u/stand until they see the real thing.
